Saffy's Angel , Indigo's Star and Permanent Rose by Hilary McKay
David Almond's books, especially Skellig

I think that's enough for tonight!

* I thoroughly disapprove, however, of the spanking in this book.

Boy Caesar loved Dragon Milk! Now I'll have to go reserve the others ( are they sequels). He couldn't get into The Once and Future King, but maybe in a few years. I'm reading it now and was planning to review it on Raising Godzillas soon, plus some other YA.

One is a sequel and one is a pre-quel. They are all good but I think Dragon's Milk was best.
